About Us

Having long been fascinated by the wonders of nature I have thought that it would be really neat to have a business that would combine my love for the natural world with my passion for creating a viable enterprise and watching it grow.  The first time I saw a tarantula spider encased in a piece of acrylic and attached to a keyring, I knew I had to have it.  My friends' reactions to my new keyring led me to explore the commercial possibilities of a line of insect jewelry and Nature Made Gifts and Naturitis.com were born. Our office is located a few minutes east of Asheville in the town of Black Mountain, North Carolina, where you are invited to  "rest a while at the front porch of Western North Carolina."  We are blessed with a mild climate and are surrounded by the beauty of the mountains and nature and are located two blocks east of the center of town at 103 South Ridgeway Avenue, Unit "1".  We are at 828-669-0905 most business days from 9AM to 5PM EDT.   Should you be in our area, feel free to stop by and bug us for a while!
