The insects in our line of products come from countries all over the world and are raised on "bug farms". We will not deal in or carry any items that come from endangered species or purchase items from companies that use child labor in the production process.

Natureitis.com and Nature Made Gifts has been established in 2009. However we've launched Natureitis.com off of the success of our other online store BlackMountainCoins.com which has been in business since 2000. In addition we've had a long history of over 15,000 auctions on eBay and have achieved the rank of "Power Seller" while maintaining a positive feedback rating of 99.9%! View our eBay profile. At Natureitis.com, our customers are our highest priority.

We will generally ship product the same day the order is received via the United States Postal Service unless the order comes in on a weekend or holiday, in which case it will be shipped the next business day.  If you need to have the product expedited, you can always choose to use the Priority Mail or Express Mail services, in which case you will be charged for shipping. Once we turn the items over to the Post Office in Black Mountain, the time it takes for delivery is strictly up to the US Postal Service.  One thing to note is that Express Mail takes two days to deliver to anywhere in the United States, for overnight delivery you would need to call us at (828) 669-0905 to arrange for Federal Express or UPS next day service.
